For a first-time client, we managed and created a 2-day user conference for 1,000 attendees at the San Mateo Events Center. Despite an unexpected budget increase two months prior and a lack of air conditioning at the venue, we adjusted our approach and planning to ensure a successful event. We enhanced attendee engagement with Zenpods for decompression, interactive company culture activations, and small “nooks” for intimate conversations. The event concluded with a vibrant beer garden-themed happy hour and was ultimately a relaxing, social atmosphere that reinforced community and celebration.
