Staffbase needed a host for their user conference in New York City and our team was tasked with designing the entire event layout and experience without prior access to the venue. Despite this challenge, we successfully captured the client’s vision and exceeded expectations by delivering a dynamic, engaging experience for 350 attendees. We curated a diverse mix of innovative vendors to bring the event to life, adding unexpected “surprise and delight” moments throughout the event: branded swag, interactive food stations, an aura reading experience, a live band, and a custom tea-blending workshop. Each designed to create lasting memories and enhance attendee engagement.
