We transformed a baseball stadium into an immersive “choose your own adventure” employee all-day engagement event for 550 attendees. The open-format day featured games, activity stations, and activations, which encouraged movement, discovery, and fun. B Line Events managed vendor coordination, food and beverage, transportation, and swag, while ensuring dietary inclusivity with flavorful food truck options. The event reimagined the stadium layout to maximize engagement, fostering connection and celebration.
