We were thrilled to collaborate with Common Sense Media for their annual Thought Leader Summit. This compelling program brought together 550 attendees and was highlighted by incredible guest speakers—including Hillary Clinton. B Line took the lead on logistics, event design, and production. We elevated the planning and guest experience, integrating seamlessly into the team and championing their goals. Program wins included resolving previous pain points, even developing a Secret Service-approved security plan on short notice.

A Celebration of Impact

For over eight years, B Line Events has collaborated with the Monterey Bay Aquarium to deliver the prestigious David Packard Award Dinner, honoring those who have made a remarkable difference in ocean conservation. In 2018, the award was presented to Bill Gates, and in 2021, we expertly executed a hybrid gala. We transformed a hotel ballroom with ocean-inspired décor, optimized AV production, and flawless VIP management for 300 distinguished guests. Through meticulous planning and design, we ensured the evening remained a highlight for innovation and philanthropy.

Ten-Year Benefit

Culture, Connection, and Community came together at Levi’s Stadium. Lifting up Digital Nest’s mission to provide underserved youth in California to launch them into a career and support them with their first life fundraising gala was a privilege. Together, we set the bar high with elegance, cultural infusion, and an authenticity that resonated with donors. We worked through surprise and extensive construction at the venue, tight timelines, and split space use to maximize the space and the evening. B Line was able to support the client with overall logistics, housing management, food and beverage, audiovisual support, and overall production, allowing the client to focus on their culture, donors, and message to maximize their story and impact.

Partnering with ReSurge International to fundraise to bring life-changing surgeries to low-income countries was truly an honor. We worked to creatively (and cost-efficiently) highlight the stories of the people impacted by their life-changing work. By providing an inspired decor, standout production, and audiovisual management, and thoughtful touches throughout the evening. Together, we created an elevated experience that was both elegant and impactful.

Perfection at President’s Club

For Asana’s exclusive Presidents Club trip, B Line Events brought the magic to Punta Mita, Mexico—turning a tropical getaway into an unforgettable celebration. Even with hotel renovations happening behind the scenes, we pulled off a seamless, high-end retreat that perfectly blended luxury with the laid-back charm of the region. We teamed up with local businesses to sprinkle in authentic Mexican flavor at every turn—from personalized gifts to hands-on cultural experiences. Think surf lessons, cooking classes, and an epic oceanfront reception. The multi-day itinerary had just the right mix of adventure and relaxation, leaving guests feeling both celebrated and deeply connected to the magic of Punta Mita. The result? A unique and memorable experience that exceeded expectations and created lasting memories for their top performers.

Reconnecting a Remote Workforce

Our team of magic-makers organized a multi-day incentive event in Las Vegas for 800 attendees, with just six weeks to plan. The event featured working sessions, yoga, a pool party, group dinners, and a nightclub finale at Tao with confetti cannons that captured the Vegas vibe. We managed the entire process from selecting and securing the hotel, vendors, food and beverage, activity logistics, customized décor, and menus across 10 restaurants. Creating a truly branded experience that helped the company reconnect after working remotely.

Recognition and Relaxation in Half Moon Bay

B Line handled every detail of this multi-day retreat, allowing all parties to relax and truly show up unbothered and undistracted. We coordinated travel, transportation, housing, registration, event design, budget management, and onsite execution.  We brought this wellness-forward program to life with curated yoga sessions, coastal walks, bike tours, lawn games, and live music, encouraging relaxation, connection, and team bonding. Thoughtful programming, key moments of celebration, and reinforcement of company values left the group feeling inspired, energized, and aligned.

Rooftop Movie Night – Safe, Stylish & Socially Distant

How to create an evening of celebration and social distance? A rooftop movie! We elevated the company’s open-air rooftop into a cozy, conscious viewing experience complete with oversized bean bag chairs, silent disco headphones, and stunning skyline views. We took movie snacks to a whole new level of craft cocktails and mocktails, popcorn three ways, movie candy, and culinary delights. Our guests felt cared for and carefree. With careful vendor coordination, thoughtful layouts, and creative details, we struck the perfect balance between safety and connection, giving 100 guests a shared experience that felt both personal and celebratory of their achievements.

Automate Conference

Navigating Challenges with Precision and Creativity. For a first-time client, we managed and created a 2-day user conference for 1,000 attendees at the San Mateo Events Center. Despite an unexpected budget increase two months prior and a lack of air conditioning at the venue, we adjusted our approach and planning to ensure a successful event. We enhanced attendee engagement with Zenpods for decompression, interactive company culture activations, and small “nooks” for intimate conversations. The event concluded with a vibrant beer garden-themed happy hour and was ultimately a relaxing, social atmosphere that reinforced community and celebration.

Voices Heard in New York City

Innovative Solutions in NYC. Staffbase needed a host for their user conference in New York City and our team was tasked with designing the entire event layout and experience without prior access to the venue. Despite this challenge, we successfully captured the client’s vision and exceeded expectations by delivering a dynamic, engaging experience for 350 attendees. We curated a diverse mix of innovative vendors to bring the event to life, adding unexpected “surprise and delight” moments throughout the event: branded swag, interactive food stations, an aura reading experience, a live band, and a custom tea-blending workshop. Each element designed to create lasting memories, shareable moments, and enhance attendee engagement.
