Fresh Ideas for a Long-Standing Conference. After 20 years of hosting their annual incentive event in Las Vegas, a client needed a fresh approach to reinvigorate the program. B Line Events relocated the event to San Diego, introducing new branding opportunities, enhanced engagement activities. The result, a 20% increase in attendance and delighted attendees.

Reimagining Company Meetings. For a company-wide meeting, Asana needed a space that felt like an extension of their culture and values. We transformed a blank space in San Francisco into a vibrant, colorful environment that brought their brand and office spirit to life at this off-site. All 400 attendees experienced an engaging, immersive space that felt authentically Asana.
Strategy, connection and celebration were brought together for the Watershed teams global meeting. 450+ employees were brought together for a multi-day offsite across three unique venues at Fort Mason. We managed every detail: venue coordination, food and beverage, entertainment, engagement, decor and budge oversight all to create a seamless experience from start to finish. Big wins of the program included flipping the General Session space into a fully themed reception in under an hour. Designing a relaxed picnic in the park (complete with doo trucks, lawn games and lounges) to balance out the content-heavy agenda. And a closing reception featuring design elements that honored attendees’ home cities and countries, making it a truly personal and inclusive celebration of a global team.

When Prometheus needed to reimagine its awards and all hands event in 2021, they turned to B Line Events. What began as a shift from an in-person awards ceremony to a dynamic virtual experience sparked a trusted partnership that’s now spanned over five years. In 2022, the event evolved into a hybrid format to expand its reach and foster greater inclusivity. Together, we created a truly community-driven experience—featuring small business and nonprofit speakers, creative space transformations, an engaging virtual series, and a meaningful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity supporting UC Berkeley’s food pantry and the Greater Good Science Center.

With just 10 weeks to plan, B Line managed every detail—from hotel selection and housing management to event design, branding, décor, food and beverage, on-site logistics, and moments of surprise and delight throughout the week! We pulled off a full-scale branding package in under four weeks, impressing both execs, attendees a venue with bold, on-theme signage that had never been done before. We activated multiple spaces throughout the program to create unique experiences while keeping the group on property. From the camping theme kickoff, poolside welcome, neon beach party, and Oscar-style awards and glow casino night we infused flair and fun every step of the way.

Energizing Play and Connection. Our FinTech client entrusted B Line Events to help with several bi-coastal events. We transformed a baseball stadium into an immersive “choose your own adventure” employee all-day engagement event for 550 attendees. The open-format day featured games, activity stations, and activations, which encouraged movement, discovery, and fun. B Line Events managed vendor coordination, food and beverage, transportation, and swag, while ensuring dietary inclusivity with flavorful food truck options. The event reimagined the stadium layout to maximize engagement, fostering connection and celebration.

To celebrate the company’s employee-first culture, we created an unforgettable out-of-office experience with a bold and unexpected “Night Circus” theme. The venue was transformed Chinese restaurant into a moody, magical world—each space carefully curated to carry the “Cirque de la Nuit” vibe. The evening was layered with dramatic décor, costumed entertainers, and immersive details. Guests were treated to an eclectic mix of entertainment, from sword swallowing and acrobats to tarot card readings, tea tasting, dim sum making, and more.

With 800 guests and a massive venue to work with, our challenge was clear. Transform the space built for thousands into a warm, inviting, and full-of-energy locale—and we nailed it. We brought the wow factor by immersing guests on-set to stroll through four iconic restaurants from Hollywood’s golden age and end in a classic dance club of the times. The evening highlighted thematic decor, culinary delights, custom cocktails, stylized waiters, and pop-up entertainment to hone the experience. A whiskey lounge for late-night sipping, strolling dim sum carts, celebrity-inspired photo engagements, and a renowned DJ to keep the guests dancing ‘til dawn were the added touches of Hollywood magic, making this celebration out of this era.

Field and fun – keeping a traditional alive with a new twist. We brought together 800 employees for an epic day of food trucks, craft cocktails, and fun under the sun at the Oakland Roots practice field. Designed to engage a wide range of interests, the event featured everything from silent disco yoga, craft and cooking classes, field sports, dance lessons, origami and plenty of chill zones for relaxing and recharging. It was the perfect blend of energy and ease and creating meaningful moments of connection with teammates out of the office.
