Glamorous Gala at the Palace of Fine Arts

With just three months to plan, B Line hopped into the director’s seat on this glamorous gala, handling all the details from start to finish! Hotel and venue selection, registration, graphics, food and beverage, production, design, and everything in between. The evening welcomed guests with paparazzi on a custom red carpet and invited them to mingle with “Marilyn Monroe” on the dance floor. The evening culminated in a headline performance by Weezer, produced in less than 10 days. The night truly sparkled and let every guest shine, even for just a moment, in the limelight.

Come Fly with Us

Celebrating the start of a new year, we kicked off this Aviation Adventure at Hiller Museum by leaning into all the museum had to offer. With PanAm’s glory days as our inspiration, we invited guests to Come Fly with Us – complete with custom boarding passes, luggage stickers, and travel itineraries to navigate their way. Guests had a first-class activity experience not only with the exhibits at the museum but the added elements of drone races, flight simulators, and paper airplane building. And we promise the food was not ‘airplane cuisine’! The evening lets guests be transported and fly away from all their cares, and engage in an evening of fun and celebration.

Friends & Family Day – Bay to Breakers Style

The spirit of San Francisco’s iconic Bay to Breakers was brought to life at Spark Social Food Truck Park for 400 guests ranging in age from 1 to 75. The space transformed into a colorful, high-energy, creativity powerhouse experience with abundance of activities, pop-up entertainers, great food, and vibrant décor; even the iconic pink gorilla! Logistical wins included streamlined checking, RFID wristbands for food and activity tracking for valuablefuture planning insight. Guests stayed longer than in previous years, attendance was up and everyone left with big smiles and hearts full of the magic of San Francisco.

Candyland on Campus

We transformed our client’s office parking lot into a whimsical Candy Land themed wonderland for 800 guests—and it was joyful from start to finish. Custom graphics and giant inflabtable treats pairded with roaming candy characters, sweets and treats, a live band,and many other charming and cheerful moments. It was a sweet celebration hope hope, connection and community that brought out the kid in everyone.

Moroccan Inspired Merriment

Championing an incredible venue and Casablanca-inspired theme, we created an unforgettable employee celebration that engaged all the senses. Throughout the night, guests were surprised and delighted by roaming oyster shuckers, tea leaf readings, a Casablanca-style photo moment, pop-up performers, flavors from renowned Moroccan spice markets, and much more. The evening was truly an affair to remember.
